Drug Test Procedures 

• Client Referral will be contacted within 24hrs.
• Client will then be assigned a Collector.
• Client will receive a text & voice call at 8AM the day of random test.
• Client will need to contact collector by no later than Noon in order to be placed on Collectors schedule that day.
• If Client does not respond we will mark client as a refusal.

                         NOTE: We will attempt three (3) times within seven (7) days.
